Lee Chun Hee and Jun Hye Jin get married!

Actor Lee Chun Hee (32) and actress Jun Hye Jin (23) didn’t look nervous as they met with reporters before their wedding ceremony. Smiling at one another, they laughed, “We’ve never felt the 9-year age difference.”

Lee Chun Hee and Jun Hye Jin were wed on March 11th at 6:00 PM in the Seoul’s Grand Walkerhill Hotel. The couple met with reporters at 5:10 PM, right before the wedding, to express their feelings.

Lee started off with a bright smile, “This is the best day of my life. We will live well happily. Thank you.” With a shy smile, the bride, Jun Hye Jin, added, “Thank you. We will live well.”

Lee reminisced over meeting Jun Hye Jin for the first time. “I first met her in a drama. When I personally met up with her after the drama was over, I got to know a completely different side of her. Somehow, I think it was then I realized she was pretty. But also, she was pretty from the start.”

The couple revealed that they will be having their honeymoon in Hawaii. Showing their excitement as newlyweds, they said, “We are all ready. We are planning to leave either tomorrow or the day after.”

Lee stated talked about their their 9-year age gap, “I never felt it. You can’t feel the age difference when you see us in person, right? There is not a single moment when I thought, ‘This friend is young.’”


For the wedding, the couple got their close friend, actor Choi Bool Am, to lead the ceremony. Choi is also a castmate on the SBS drama “Smile, You“, where the couple’s destiny began. As for the nuptial song, Lee Chun Hee invited singer Yoon Jong Shin, who he became close to through SBS’s “Family Outing.” In addition, actor Gong Yoo, who has carried a strong friendship with Lee Chun Hee since his modeling days, became the MC.

Since they are a successful celebrity couple, many top celebrities attended the ceremony.

The two will be leaving for Hawaii after the wedding. The reason they chose Hawaii was Jun Hye Jin is 4 months pregnant, and they wanted to be close to Korea.
